We cover everything from photographing larger images and jewelry and artworks to create a digital copy, photographing collectibles for insurance and estate planning purposes, to archiving documents, and the preparation of your scanned prints and negatives for safe storage. Combined with our scanning services, this option is ideal for organizations that wish to reproduce and protect the histories they are trying to preserve.
When archiving with us, you can be certain that your projects, big or small, will be treated with the utmost care and attention. As such, we can also visit your location, be it an artists studio, home or office estate, or some hip dingy basement under a boxing gym.
estate / insurance services
Often times with large scale insurable items, be it sports memorabilia or other cultural items that make up vast collections, having detailed, high definition images of your images will assist with ensuring that insurers have what they need to properly value and protect your investment, should something happen.
Often with estate planning, a lifetime of possessions will need to be catalogued for review by families and friends. We can also assist with the creation of an online estate gallery for use in auctions and sales, should the need arise.
Both of these services are highly customizable, and are priced once the scope of work is fully understood.

image archiving services
In addition, our archiving services are also able to be taken advantage of when using our scanning services. We are able to provide an advanced system to protect your old prints and negatives (in most cases) providing a storage solution for the negatives, slides, and prints that stand the test of time. Interested clients can discuss the possibility of adding both 'Archival Quality', acid free - no PVC - storage boxes and polypropylene sleeves to their order. The value of preserving these originals even though digital copies exist is extremely important, as a solid hard copy is a great backup.
